What does Triage read?

Only what you forward. The forwarded mail is fetched once, scored, and the score plus a short summary are kept so your digest and account page work. You can delete everything from the account page on request, and nothing is used to train models.

How accurate is the score?

The judgments (readiness, budget realism, specificity, fraud markers) come from a purpose-built judgment model, combined by a fixed formula so the same inquiry always scores the same. Treat it as a ranking aid: read HOT first, SKIP last.

Does it work with Outlook, Apple Mail, web forms, Instagram or WhatsApp?

Anything that can forward an email works. Web forms already send email; Instagram and WhatsApp Business can forward or export to email. If mail reaches an inbox, it can reach Triage.

Will my clients see anything?

No. Scores go only to you. Triage never replies to the client.

I run a host agency. Can advisors get this under our brand?
